Dean Bowen, President of Net-Flow Corporation Presented Landmark Webinar on Leveraging Your Contacts is a Success. 

The Concept started over a year ago while working with Diana Gelow.  While speaking to fellow Chamber Member Jeff Gerlomes of http://napaprinting.com he offered his printing services for the post card.  An Email Broadcast using CommunicateNOW was sent to Chamber Members.  A follow up call was provided by Net-Flow's Team.  Interested parties signed up on-line and received Webinar login information.

"This is the first time we ever had people in the office AND on a webinar" said Dean Bowen.  "It goes to show how ever you communicate your message meet the needs of those wanting to attend."

Attendees acknowledge the frustration of managing multiple disconnect contact databases.  An average of four databases are kept by people managing their Contacts.  "The strategy to pick 1 Master Database and start updating ONLY THAT DATABASE was the most useful suggestion I received" was one comment. 

Attendees also expressed appreciation for a better understanding a simplicity of why all of the content?  Why all of the various pages, emails, calls, social media, etc.  Keeping the messaging to specific relationship classifications helps attendees know how to meet the needs of their Relationships.  Prospects are reading TESTIMONIALS for credibility and to see if they are like them.  CUSTOMERS are reading Newsletters and Social Media for "tips and tricks" on how to improve their Company by using the Vendors products and services.  RAVING FANS are reading Newsletters, Blogs and Social Media sites to see what's going on at your company so they can be in the know and tell you story to those they come in contact with.

We've learned a lot from this Webinar.  People are busy, they are looking for Professionals to help save them time, provide new capabilities and to help make more money.  Attendees left the webinar inspired and feeling like they had more purpose and excitement about their products and services they are offering their clients.
